Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom items (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Refund
