Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom items (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If so, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In certain cases we may charge restocking fees.
