How to Wear:
Step 1: Place a shoulder pad on the shoulder and open the Velcro strap.
Step 2: To ensure that the arm portion fits comfortably on your shoulder, adjust the Velcro portion on your arm.
Step 3: Tighten the strap to a comfortable level by crossing it over the buckle and securely fastening the velcro.
Step 4: Open the shoulder Velcro strap that is bidirectional and tuck it into a comfortable place.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchanges

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Refund
