Usage Tips:
Tracker is a product based on Bluetooth 5.0 low energy technology. Used with an application. To download it, go to the App Store or Google Play and enter "findelfi"
- . After installation, open the "Automatic operation" tab.
- Then turn on the scanner by pressing for more than 3 seconds until you hear a "beep" twice in a row.
- Open your application, click Device, then click Connect.
- You are here! Now you always know where your dog is.
- To turn it off, press the button for more than 5 seconds until you hear a "beep".

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom items (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Refund
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If so, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
