We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day order was shipped to return it and get refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom items (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). Exchanges

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Refund
